Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wear Rich. We take pride in our carefully curated repurposed jewelry. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our repurposed pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from the product description or images
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item
- Include clear photos showing the issue
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging
- We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items and offer a full refund or replacement (if available)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Items lost or stolen after delivery
- Incorrect sizing due to customer error (we provide size guides where applicable)
- Items returned without contacting us first
5. Canceling an Order
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order will be processed and shipped, and our standard refund policy will apply.
